We've been working on something big behind the scenes, and we're excited to finally share it: ShopBroker is coming to your phone.
We're building native apps for iPhone and Android that bring the full ShopBroker experience to your pocket. Whether you're listing items from your living room or browsing the marketplace on your commute, the app is designed to make local selling and buying faster, easier, and — of course — safer.
The app is currently in development and we're preparing for App Store and Play Store submissions. Here's a sneak peek at what's coming.
Snap. List. Sell.
Open your camera right from the app to photograph items for your listings. Price Genius will analyse your photos to suggest a price, category, and description — so you can go from "I should sell this" to "it's live" in under a minute.

Pro Tip: Items with 3+ photos sell 2x faster. The mobile app makes it easy to snap multiple angles on the spot.
Never Miss a Sale
Get push notifications the moment someone buys your item, sends you a message, or leaves a review. No more refreshing your browser to check for updates.

Real-time alerts: Push notifications for sales, messages, reviews, and delivery updates — all instant.
Sign In with Your Face (or Fingerprint)
Face ID and Touch ID support means you can sign in securely without typing a password. Your biometric data stays on your device — we never see it.
Your privacy matters: Biometric data is processed entirely on your device using Apple and Google's secure frameworks. ShopBroker never receives, stores, or transmits your fingerprint or face data.
Same-Day Delivery, Right from the App
Everything you love about ShopBroker's delivery — verified Trexity couriers, live tracking, same-day and next-day options across 7 Canadian cities — works seamlessly in the mobile app.

What's Next
The app is in active development and we're working toward App Store and Play Store submissions. We'll share more details — including a launch date — as we get closer.
In the meantime, everything you love about ShopBroker is still available right here on the web. The app will be a companion to the website, not a replacement.
A Quick Note About Our Terms of Service
To prepare for the mobile app, we've made some updates to our Terms of Service (now version 2.7) and Privacy Policy. Here's a quick summary:
- Mobile App Terms — New section covering how the app works, including camera access, push notifications, Face ID/Touch ID sign-in, and offline browsing
- AI Disclosure — Price Genius now estimates item size and weight to help calculate delivery costs. We've updated our disclosure to reflect this.
- Payment Timing — You can list items before connecting Stripe or PayPal. Payment setup is needed before your listings can receive purchases.
- Advertising Transparency — We've added detailed disclosures about the analytics and advertising tools we use on our website. These tools are disabled in the mobile app for your privacy.
These changes take effect on April 22, 2026 (30 days from today). By continuing to use ShopBroker after that date, you agree to the updated terms. If you have any questions, just reach out — we're always here to help.
